Returns

We do not accept returns for food items or medicines once they have been opened.

If you receive a damaged or defective item, you may request a replacement or refund by:

  1. Reporting the issue within 7 days of delivery.
  2. Providing clear photos of:
    • The product (including any visible damage).
    • The box and packaging.
    • The product label.

Important:

  • Opened products cannot be returned or refunded, as this compromises safety.
  • All return requests are subject to approval based on the information provided.

Refunds

  • For prepaid orders, refunds are issued to the original payment method.
  • If the order has already been shipped, both the initial shipping and return shipping costs will be deducted from the refund amount.
  • Refunds will be processed within 7-14 business days after approval.

Replacements

In cases where the return request is verified as genuine (e.g., damaged product or wrong item delivered), we will send a replacement product.

  • Customers must provide proof as outlined above.
  • We may coordinate with the shipping partner to investigate the issue before approval.

Cancellations

  • Orders can be canceled before they are shipped.
  • If an order has already been shipped but not delivered, cancellations are still possible; however, shipping and return shipping costs will be deducted from prepaid orders.
